MINUTES
PLANNING COMMISSION
MAY 28, 2003
ADJOURN
agreeable to the City and ensures an equitable transaction between the
property owner to the west and the developer of Hamel Estates, subject to
any issues with recommendation #4, Preliminary Plat, outlined in the City
Engineer's report dated May 23rd being worked out to the satisfaction of
the City Engineer, and subject to compliance with all other
recommendations of the City Planner and the City Engineer as outlined in
this reports.
Motion seconded by Wojcik.
Motion carried 4 — 1. Keis voted against.
Keis indicated that he voted against the recommendation since the
property to the west is not large enough to be divided without adding
property from Hamel Estates. Keis felt that the developer had done a good
job in trying to address the potential future development of this parcel.
Deis recommended that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Wojcik.
Motion carried 5 — 0.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:29 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Kathy Glanzer
Deputy Clerk
19-
