MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MAY 28, 2003 <br />ADJOURN <br />agreeable to the City and ensures an equitable transaction between the <br />property owner to the west and the developer of Hamel Estates, subject to <br />any issues with recommendation #4, Preliminary Plat, outlined in the City <br />Engineer's report dated May 23rd being worked out to the satisfaction of <br />the City Engineer, and subject to compliance with all other <br />recommendations of the City Planner and the City Engineer as outlined in <br />this reports. <br />Motion seconded by Wojcik. <br />Motion carried 4 — 1. Keis voted against. <br />Keis indicated that he voted against the recommendation since the <br />property to the west is not large enough to be divided without adding <br />property from Hamel Estates.
