This funding comes from the Lakescaping Pilot Project funds; $1,000.00 of the allocated funds are for the 2600 additional native plugs around the perimeter of the pond, and $500.00 are for 25 flats of aquatic plants in the aquatic bench of the pond. Half the money will be paid at time of planting and the second half will be paid in twelve months with the stipulation of 75% survival. Enclosed is a Cost -Share Assistance Contract your signature. Please read over the document, sign and return it to us in the enclosed envelope. To validate the cost - share, we must have a signed copy of the cost -share contract. After the project has been installed: • Our technician will complete the certification process. • You will need to provide us with copies of your paid receipts. • Finally, to get your payment processed, we will need your Federal Identification number. Our financial agent (Ramsey County) requires this number in order to cut a check. You must have your project completed and all three of the above bulleted items must be in our office by October 30, 2003 to process your cost -share contract.
