This funding comes <br />from the Lakescaping Pilot Project funds; $1,000.00 of the allocated funds are for the 2600 <br />additional native plugs around the perimeter of the pond, and $500.00 are for 25 flats of aquatic <br />plants in the aquatic bench of the pond. Half the money will be paid at time of planting and the <br />second half will be paid in twelve months with the stipulation of 75% survival. Enclosed is a <br />Cost -Share Assistance Contract your signature. Please read over the document, sign and return it <br />to us in the enclosed envelope. To validate the cost - share, we must have a signed copy of the <br />cost -share contract. <br />After the project has been installed: <br />• Our technician will complete the certification process. <br />• You will need to provide us with copies of your paid receipts. <br />• Finally, to get your payment processed, we will need your Federal Identification <br />number. Our financial agent (Ramsey County) requires this number in order to cut a <br />check. <br />You must have your project completed and all three of the above bulleted items must be in our <br />office by October 30, 2003 to process your cost -share contract.
