I-Ianson <br />Sherman & Associates is in the process of preparing another Livable Communities Demonstration Account grant <br />application for the redevelopment area. The primary focus of this application will be infrastructure costs associated <br />with the reconstruction of Middle Street. Any dollars we can obtain for this component will make the balance of the <br />project more feasible to accomplish. <br />Attached is a resolution staff is recommending we adopt to authorize the application. <br />
