Hanson <br />As you know, we have encountered some difficulties in resolving the financial aspects of the <br />redevelopment project with Sherman & Associates. (See memos under planning items.) I don't believe <br />we will be in a position to have development agreements ready for the meeting on the 23rd. I also think <br />we should continue the meeting we scheduled for June 27th until July 9a'. Hopefully, we can put together <br />a package that works from everyone's standpoint. <br />I want to emphasize that Mr. Sherman is working diligently with us to resolve these issues and I believe a <br />solution is possible.
