The primary reason Mr. Sherman has proposed these revisions is to accommodate our desire for density <br />to generate a sufficient tax increment cash flow. However, I think we should forego this objective if it <br />means putting too many units into a limited area. While it may be getting late to raise these concems, 1 <br />feel now is a better time than after they are constructed. <br />My recommendation is the City Council needs to clarify the direction this project is taking before we <br />finalize approval. <br />cc: Sherman & Associates <br />Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Steve Westerhaus, Building Official <br />
