Hanson <br />Given the Council's recent action in making the Accounting Supervisor position an exempt - position, <br />and to provide for a clearer interpretation of the City's Personnel Policy, it would be staff's <br />recommendation that all references to "Department Heads" be changed to "Exempt Employees ". <br />Staff would further recommend that the listing of exempt positions include the City Administrator, <br />Public Works Director, Parks & Recreation Director, Building Official, and Accounting Supervisor. <br />If I can answer any questions regarding this recommendation prior to Wednesday's meeting, please <br />contact me at 651 -766 -4047. <br />
