Thankfully, most of the <br />folks doing business with cities are good reputable contractors who do their best to work out contract <br />disputes with the City. <br />I have always maintained that good facts, good records, and good witnesses make good attorneys. In <br />this case, our ability to prevail at the district court was based in large part on our ability to present good <br />facts, good records, and honest and believable testimony to Judge Finley.
