A cul -de -sac will
be installed with a half dozen lots on the parcel. This property is known as the Hamel property
and is located just east of the Pratt development. There is a home on the property that will be
demolished. This property does not impact the proposed on- street trail located on Twin Lake
Boulevard and the Director felt there was no need for parkland in this area.
Page 1of4
