Hanson <br />Jim Vitale is opening a restaurant to be called "Little Venetian Inn" in the Market Place Shopping <br />Center. Mr. Vitale would like an On -Sale Wine License and an On -Sale Intoxicating Malt Liquor <br />License so that wine and beer can be offered for sale as a part of the restaurant operation. The <br />combination of these licenses allows for the sale of "strong" beer and Sunday sales. <br />The appropriate license applications have been submitted along with the applicable license fees and <br />certificate of liquor liability insurance. Sheriff's Department background checks are still pending. <br />Staff would recommend approval of the requested liquor licenses pending receipt of a satisfactory <br />background check. <br />1 <br />
