As <br />you will notice, the enclosed Ordinance separates massage therapy and massage therapy <br />establishment from massage parlor, as presently stated in Little Canada Code Section 2201.010. <br />The enclosed Ordinance adds review and licensing authority language in Sections <br />2201.050(D), 2202.030 ¶8., and 2202.040 ¶6. <br />Section 5 of the enclosed Ordinance adds a new chapter relating to massage therapy as a <br />principal use within the City of Little Canada. This section as enclosed limits each business <br />establishment to no more than two massage therapists, similar to the restriction for massage <br />therapy as an accessory use. <br />Would you please review the enclosed to detemline if any additions or deletions are <br />necessary. If the enclosed is acceptable, would you please submit the same to the Council for <br />their review.
