shall be permitted at any time on the licensed premises as a customer, guest or employee unless <br />accompanied by his or her parent or guardian in any premises when massages are being given. <br />2201.090. RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR INSPECTION. Any duly authorized law enforcement <br />officer, health officer or building inspector shall be allowed to inspect the licensed premises at <br />reasonable times and hours to insure compliance with all provisions of this Chapter. <br />2201.100. IDENTIFICATION OF EMPLOYEES. Upon demand by any police officer, any <br />person engaged in providing services in any licensed premises shall identify himself giving his true <br />legal name and his correct address <br />2201.110. REGISTRATION OF MASSEURS AND MASSEUSES. <br />(A) Before any person engages in providing services as a masseur or a masseuse in any <br />licensed establishment, he shall register with the police department of the City. Such registration <br />shall include a photocopy of the person's state registration certificate and photographs of the <br />registrant, taken by the police department, showing both the front and the side view. When any such <br />person ceases to be employed by the licensee, the police department shall be notified so that the <br />department has on file at all times a current list of the persons operating as masseurs or masseuses <br />on the licensed premises. It shall be required that any person who engages in the occupation as a <br />masseur or masseuse shall annually be photographed and finger printed by the police department of <br />the City. <br />(B) No sauna for which a license has been granted by the City shall be open for business <br />unless and until any masseurs or masseuses employed in the business have first complied with the <br />registration requirement of this Chapter. <br />2201.120. INTOXICATING OR NON - INTOXICATING LIQUOR. Intoxicating or <br />non - intoxicating liquors shall not be allowed on any premises licensed as a sauna at any time. A <br />violation of this Section shall be grounds for immediate revocation of the license. <br />2201.130. HOURS. Every sauna shall close for business between the hours of 12:01 a.m. <br />and 8 a.m. daily. <br />2201.140. VIOLATIONS. Every person who commits or attempts to commit, conspires to <br />commit, or aids or abets in the commission of any act constituting a violation of this Chapter, <br />whether individually or in connection with one or more other persons or as a principal, agent or <br />accessory, shall be guilty of such act, and every person who falsely, fraudulently, forcibly or willfully <br />induces, causes, coerces, requires, permits or directs another to <br />violate any of the provisions of this Chapter is likewise guilty of such offense. <br />(Source: Ord. 140, Amended: Ord. 374, 427, 513) <br />2201 -4 <br />
