City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />a. A BMP is added, and none subtracted, from our SWPPP. <br />b. A less effective BMP identified in the City's SWPPP is replaced with an <br />alternate that addresses the same, or similar, concerns as the ineffective or failed <br />BMP. <br />c. The Commissioner is notified of the modification in the annual report for the <br />year the modification is made. <br />PART VI. EVALUATING, RECORDKEEPING AND REPORTING <br />A. Evaluation and assessment. <br />The City will evaluate program compliance, the appropriateness of our identified BMPs and <br />progress towards achieving your identified measurable goals. <br />B. Recordkeeping. <br />The City will keep records required by the permit for at least 3 years beyond the term of the <br />permit. The City will not submit records to the Commissioner unless specifically requested. <br />C. Public availability <br />The City will make SWPPP and permit- related records available to the public at reasonable times <br />during regular business hours, may assess a reasonable charge for copying and may require a <br />member of the public to provide advance notice. <br />D. Annual reporting <br />The City's annual report will summarize: <br />1. The status of compliance with permit conditions, including an assessment of the <br />appropriateness of our BMPs and progress towards achieving our measurable goals <br />for each of the minimum control measures. The City's assessment will be based on <br />results of information collected and analyzed, including monitoring (if any), <br />inspection findings, and public input received during the reporting period. <br />2. The SWPPP activities the City will undertake during the next reporting cycle. <br />3. Any changes in BMPs or measurable goals for the minimum control measures. <br />4. Notice that the City is relying on another entity to satisfy some of our permit <br />obligations (if applicable). <br />E.
