Hanson <br />PROCLAMATION <br />ARBOR DAY <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />WHEREAS, the City of Little Canada recognizes that trees beautify our surroundings, <br />improve our quality of life, increase property values, and enhance the economic vitality of the City; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City has had a successful program of planting trees in City parks, along <br />streets, and other public places; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has encouraged residents and property owners to plant trees on <br />private property throughout the City; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED that I, Michael I. Fahey, <br />Mayor of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota do hereby proclaim Friday, April 25, 2003, as Arbor <br />Day in the City of Little Canada. <br />BE IT FURTHER PROCLAIMED that the month of Maybe "Arbor Month" <br />and that an observance of Arbor Day and Arbor Month will be held on Friday, April 25, 2003 at <br />Pioneer Park in the City of Little Canada. <br />Michael I.
