Enclosed is a Cost -Share Assistance Contract and a Management Plan for your signatures. Please read over the documents, sign and return them to us in the enclosed envelope. (Keep one copy of the Management Plan for your files). To validate the cost - share, we must have a signed copy of the cost -share contract and the Management Plan prior to your starting the project. After the project has been installed: • Our technician will complete the certification process. • You will need to provide us with copies of your paid receipts for all eligible cost share materials. • Finally, to get your payment processed, we will need your Federal Identification number. Our financial agent (Ramsey County) requires this number in order to cut a check. You must have your project completed and all three of the above bulleted items must be in our office by September 30, 2003 to process your cost -share contract.
