The <br />path is needed to provide handicapped accessibility to rho proposed fishing pier aq <br />part of the park redevelopment. Moving the path 25 feet from the lake would require <br />extensive grading into the .steep slope of the east side of the hill that is adjacent <br />to the lake. The grading would affect mature oak trees. The fishing pier cannot be located <br />elsewhere in the park. <br />In signing this application, l hereby acknowledge that 1 have read and fully understand the applicable provisions of the Zon- <br />ing and Subd ivision Ordinances and current administrative procedures.
