MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 22, 2003 <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />RESOLUTION NO 2003 -1 -24 — DENYING THE CONCEPT <br />REZONING OF THE SINCLAIR STATION WHICH WOULD <br />ALLOW FOR THE ADDITION OF A U -HAUL TRUCK RENTAL <br />BUSINESS AS AN ACCESSORY USE AT THIS BUSINESS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Montour, Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (1) LaValle. Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -1 -25 — APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVAL OF TOBACCO LICENSE FOR PETRO MARKET AT <br />2652 RICE STREET FOR LICENSE PERIOD THROUGH JUNE 30, <br />2003; <br />*APPROVAL OF AN INCREASE IN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR <br />DEVELOPER DEPOSITS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY <br />STAFF; <br />*ADOPTION OF THE STAFF'S RECOMMENDATION RELATIVE <br />TO RETAINING THE RED COLOR OF LITTLE CANADA ROAD <br />BOLLARD BRACKETS BASED ON THE RESULTS OF THE WEB <br />SURVEY; <br />*AMENDING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE <br />LODGE AT LITTLE CANADA AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Anderson, Montour, Fahey, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />TEMPORARY Mayor Fahey indicated that he has reviewed the recommendations of <br />SIGNS City staff relative to temporary signs and commented that he does not <br />agree with those recommendations. <br />LaValle pointed out that the reason the Council indicated its willingness to <br />look at temporary signs was at the request of Perry Lind, owner of <br />Goodyear.
