ten (10) days after written notice from the Zoning Administrator. <br />10. Window Signs (Commercial and Industrial Districts Only). <br />a. Except as provided below, in no event shall the size of the interior <br />window signage exceed thirty -three (33) percent of the entire window <br />area of the one side of the building upon which said signs shall be <br />displayed. <br />b. In the case of a shopping center or where there are two (2) or more <br />business uses, window signage shall be limited to not more than fifty <br />(50) square feet per business. <br />c. Window signs with areas in excess of that permitted and provided for <br />herein are prohibited subject to the provisions of Section <br />903.110.C.4. relating to temporary signs. <br />d. Notwithstanding anything else contained in this section to the <br />contrary, in no event shall the total area of all signage, including <br />window signs, exceed the maximum provided for in Section E. 4 (a) <br />and 5 (a). <br />11. "Grand Opening" temporary sign permits announcing the opening of a new <br />business shall not exceed two (2) three (3) signs consisting of a combination <br />of portable signs, banners, pennants, and lighter than air balloons as allowed <br />in 903.110.C.4.c. Only one of said signs may be a portable sign as defined <br />as temporary under Section 903.110.C.4. Display of said signs shall not <br />exceed a period ofnette- exceed fourteen (1'1) days thirty (30) days. No such <br />"Grand Opening" sign will be allowed if it interferes with the use of adjacent <br />property or constitutes a danger to public health, welfare or well- being. <br />12. Temporary Outdoor Sales Events as provided for in Little Canada Municipal <br />Code Chapter 819.
