Page 910- 3 <br />910.030. DIMENSIONAL AND GENERAL PERFORMANCE STANDARDS <br />A. Purpose. To establish dimensional and performance standards that protect shoreland resources <br />from impacts of development. <br /> <br />B. Lot area and width standards. After the effective date of this ordinance, all new lots must meet the <br />minimum lot area and lot width requirements in this ordinance, subject to the following <br />standards: <br />1. Only lands above the ordinary high water level and can be used to meet lot area and width <br />standards <br />2. Lot width standards must be met at both the OHWL and at the building line <br />3. The sewer lot area dimensions can only be used if publicly owned sewer system service is <br />available to the property; <br />4.
