Since 2002, the share <br />of residents employed in institutional and public sector roles has increased from approximately <br />23 percent to 32 percent. Over the same period, the proportion employed in industrial and <br />production fields declined modestly, while employment in professional and knowledge-based <br />occupations decreased slightly.
