One is a
townhome association, and one is a shopping center.
The presence of Pitrina Park among the highest total tax contributors illustrates the fiscal impact
of higher-density ownership housing formats. Given its similar structure, location, and scale,
Pioneer Commons should be reasonably expected to generate greater tax contributions upon full
buildout.
