Irregular lot <br />splits, legacy platting patterns, institutional land holdings, and evolving property classifications <br />make absolute normalization challenging. <br />To ensure analytical integrity, staff manually reviewed and verified the top ten parcels by total <br />tax contribution and the top ten parcels by tax per acre to confirm appropriate classification and <br />normalization. <br />All tax figures presented in this report reflect total property tax collected across all taxing <br />jurisdictions and do not represent the City of Little Canada’s specific levy share. <br />
