<br />Our proposed contract fee is based upon a percentage of estimated building and site construction costs, guided by available project funding.
<br />Should the scope of work or disciplines required need revision, we would modify our proposed fee accordingly to meet the needs of the project.
<br />Our proposed fee is inclusive of all of the disciplines presented in our proposal.

<br />Reimbursable Expenses
<br />Reimbursable expenses are in addition to the agreed upon compensation for Basic and Additional services and include expenses incurred by
<br />the Architect and Architects’ Consultants related to the project. All reimbursable expenses will be invoiced at 1.0 times actual cost. Typical
<br />reimbursable expenses include specialty printing services, postage and shipping costs, required code reviews and related submittal costs,
<br />additional energy audits or compliance reviews if required.
<br />We estimate that reimbursable expenses for this project will cost: $1,195.

<br />Revenue Analysis
<br />BerryDunn provides strategic and master planning, change management, financial analysis,
<br />feasibility studies, and service quality assessments. They offer deep industry expertise in parks
<br />and recreation consulting built upon decades of experience working in and with municipalities
<br />on strategic planning, needs analyses, master planning, financial analyses, cost recovery, and
<br />quality assessments. Their team leverages this experience to help municipal, regional, and
<br />county parks and recreation departments achieve their management and planning goals.
<br />As an additional service, BerryDunn can assist the City of Little Canada by conducting a
<br />revenue analysis that will:
<br />• Determine how much your facility might cost to operate
<br />• Identify expected expenses by category
<br />• Project realistic revenues by category
<br />• Develop a five-year, pro-forma forecast of both expenses and revenues
<br />• Additional fee: $12,000 to $17,000
<br />Topographic Survey
<br />Bolton & Menk can conduct a topographic
<br />survey for the project site, including public
<br />and private utility locates. The estimated
<br />cost below is based on assumptions
<br />regarding the location, amount of items to
<br />be surveyed, and limits of the survey
