The applicant (The Towers, LLC) is a national tower company <br />that works closely with wireless carriers to further develop the infrastructure needed to maintain, improve, and expand <br />their wireless networks that serve your community. To achieve this objective, the applicant proposes to construct a 75’ <br />(overall height of 80’ w/ 5’ lightning rod) monopole tower at the Wireless Facility to address a significant gap in service <br />coverage. This initiative aims to enhance wireless communication for residents, visitors, and the traveling public within <br />the surrounding coverage area. Additionally, the project will contribute to the community by facilitating improved access <br />to wireless services and enhancing E911 capabilities. <br />Enclosed with this letter are the following items: <br />•Exhibit A: Conditional Use Permit Application <br />•Exhibit B: Zoning Narrative (demonstrating how the Wireless Facility complies with County Zoning Regulations) <br />•Exhibit C: Construction Drawings w/ Survey (by Design 1 of Eden Prairie, LLC) <br />•Exhibit D: Engineer Letter for Fall Zone <br />•Exhibit E: Radio Frequency Engineer Letter (demonstrating the need for this Wireless Facility) <br />•Exhibit F: Parcel and Zoning Maps <br />•Exhibit G: FCC and FAA Notices <br />Please do not hesitate to call or email for any clarifications or additional questions related to any of our application <br />materials.
