CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026-3-46 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COUNCILMEMBER GUTIERREZ’S RESIGNATION <br />AND DECLARING A VACANCY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Little Canada City Council has received the written resignation of <br />Councilmember Amanda Gutierrez, effective on March 25, 2026, attached as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council accepts Councilmember Gutierrez’s resignation pursuant to the reasons <br />she provided in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />2.
