This survey was performed utilizing title commitment file no. VTB-219615-C revision no: 2,prepared by Tower Title, LLC as agent for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company,bearing a commitment date of 8/22/2025. <br />2. The bearing system for this survey is based on the Ramsey County coordinate system, <br />NAD83 (1986 adjustment). The north line of the Northwest Quarter of Section 07, <br />Township 29, Range 22 is assumed to bear S89°45'42"E. <br />3. The vertical datum is based on NAVD 88.
