Staff Report <br />To:Mayor Fischer and Members of the City Council <br />From:Heidi Heller, City Clerk/HR Manager <br />Date: April 8, 2026 <br />Re:Reschedule June 23, 2026, City Council Meetings <br />Action To Be Considered: <br />Motion to approve, table, or deny the following: <br />ď‚·Reschedule the June 23 City Council workshop and regular meeting to Monday, June 22, <br />2026. <br />Background: <br />In years when the League of Minnesota Cities annual conference falls in the same week as a <br />Council meeting, those meetings are rescheduled to earlier in the same week. This year, the <br />Council meetings were rescheduled to Tuesday, June 23. A Council member has requested that <br />the Council meetings be moved to Monday, June 22, so they can attend a pre-conference <br />morning event on Wednesday, June 24. <br />Staff Recommendations: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council consider rescheduling the June 23 City Council <br />workshop and regular meeting to Monday, June 22, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
