<br />Party of the Second Part agrees not to book or contract any attraction simi lar to the one operated by the Party of the First Partso that
<br />any such attraction shall appear in said City preceding the period above mentioned. Party of the Second Part also agrees to endeavor to
<br />prevent any shows, rides or concessions from exhibiting or operating in said City unless with the consent of the Party of the First Part

<br />In case of the death or sickness of any performer, the Party of the First Part is to have a reasonable time in which to replace or
<br />substitute another performer in its place. Party of the First Part shall not in anyway be liable for any damages or expenses caused by any
<br />failure or delay in presenting its attractions as hereinafter provided if caused by war, riots, strikes. governmental regulations, labor
<br />difficulties, truck accidents or delay. fire, flood, adverse weather conditions, cyclone, epidemics or any unforeseen occurance over which
<br />the Party of the First Part has no control.

<br />Party of the First Part will furnish Party of the Second Part a Certificate of insurance showing Party of the Second Part as

<br />It is agreeed and understood by both parties to this contract that there are no verbal agreements not covered by this contract, and
