You will note we are substantially under the Consultant's Estimate <br />(Total Estimate - $560,557.50 including all alternates versus low bid total of $403,320.58. A difference of <br />$157,236.92.) When comparing to last year's bid, the savings are more dramatic. (Last year's price = $510,422.15 <br />versus this year's total of $341,950.34 or a difference of $168,471.81.) See cost comparison attached. <br />Hoisington Koegler Group, Inc. is conducting reviews of the bids and contractor performance.
