6. Sewer Relocation. Seller agrees to relocate the sanitary sewer line passing diagonally <br />through the Property at Seller's cost and to vacate the easement for said sewer line. If the <br />sewer line is not relocated and easement is not vacated, then this Purchase Agreement <br />shall be terminated and all earnest money returned to the Buyer. It is understood that <br />relocation of the sewer line and vacation of the easement shall be done in such a manner <br />to facilitate Buyer's construction of a 36 unit an addition to Garden Terrace, located at <br />2874 Market Place Drive in Little Canada. Buyer and Seller agree to cooperate with each <br />other in planning for the completion of this work so as not to unnecessarily delay Buyer's <br />construction while also affording Seller the opportunity to manage this work in Seller's <br />best interests. <br />7, Authority.
