Hanson <br />As you may already know, the Frattalone Excavating property at 3066 Spruce Street is no longer available. <br />As a result, staff has developed the following revised list of potential Public Works Garage sites within the <br />city. The potential sites are listed in the order of recommendation ( #1 is the site most recommended by <br />Public Works staff). The following Council direction is requested: <br />• Define the order of priority Council wants staff to follow for pursuing a site. <br />• Direct staff to contact the property owner(s) and initiate negotiations. keeping the council <br />inform of any progress. <br />Site Description <br />1.
