Liquor License <br />fees for the past five years as well as proposed increased fees are as follows: <br />1996, 1997 1998, 1999, 2000 Proposed <br />License Fee License Fee License Fee <br />On -Sale Wine $200 $300 $400 <br />On -Sale Intoxicating $2,500 $2,750 $3,000 <br />On -Sale 3.2 $100 $100 $150 <br />Off -Sale 3.2 $100 $100 $100 <br />State Statute requires a 30 -day notice of the possible increase in On -Sale Wine, On -Sale <br />Intoxicating, and On -Sale 3.2 liquor license fees be given to the holders of those licenses. <br />That notice has been provided. <br />Please note that the following liquor license fees are established by State Statute, and the <br />City does not have the authority to exceed these maximums at this time: <br />Consumption & Display $300 <br />On -Sale Sunday $200 <br />Off -Sale Liquor $150 <br />Page 2 <br />
