Waiver of Relocation. Owner agrees that no persons or personal property will be displaced or relocated as a result of any purchase by the Buyer. Owner waives any rights he may have under the Uniform Relocation ;Act of 1970, and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto by the United States, Department of Housing and Urban Development, and any applicable Minnesota law relating to relocation. 16. Owner's Conditions. If any of the following conditions are not met to Buyer's satisfaction, within one (1) year from the date of this Agreement, Buyer may exercise the option: (a) Owner, or its representative, will 'develop the Propertj, consistent with all regulations of Buyer, the State of Minnesota, or ray other regulatoryauthority. (b) Owner, or its representative, must construct a building on the Property that meets the Buyer's I -P Zoning criteria. (c) Owner, or its representative, shall', develop the Property in such a manner as to • maximize the overall development and use of the entire property, consistent. with Buyer's • development goals. 17. Miscellaneous. This Agreement represents the complete and final agreement of the parties and'superaedes any prior oral or written understanding. • This Agreement may be amended only by a writing executed by both parties. The recital paragraphs herein are fully incorporated into the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In the event any provision hereof shall be held• invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions hereof.
