Waiver of Relocation. Owner agrees that no persons or personal property will be <br />displaced or relocated as a result of any purchase by the Buyer. Owner waives any rights he may <br />have under the Uniform Relocation ;Act of 1970, and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto by <br />the United States, Department of Housing and Urban Development, and any applicable <br />Minnesota law relating to relocation. <br />16. Owner's Conditions. If any of the following conditions are not met to Buyer's <br />satisfaction, within one (1) year from the date of this Agreement, Buyer may exercise the option: <br />(a) Owner, or its representative, will 'develop the Propertj, consistent with all regulations <br />of Buyer, the State of Minnesota, or ray other regulatoryauthority. <br />(b) Owner, or its representative, must construct a building on the Property that meets the <br />Buyer's I -P Zoning criteria. <br />(c) Owner, or its representative, shall', develop the Property in such a manner as to <br />• maximize the overall development and use of the entire property, consistent. with Buyer's <br />• development goals. <br />17. Miscellaneous. This Agreement represents the complete and final agreement of the <br />parties and'superaedes any prior oral or written understanding. • This Agreement may be amended <br />only by a writing executed by both parties. The recital paragraphs herein are fully incorporated <br />into the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In the event any provision hereof shall be held• <br />invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining <br />provisions hereof. This Agreement shall be construed, interpreted and enforced under the laws <br />of the State of Minnesota_ Section headings contained in.this Agreement are for the convenience <br />Page 51 <br />P. 9 <br />
