Little Canada Rd.
Little Canada, Minnesota 55117
Kathy,
I have checked with our General Investigations Unit (GIU) regarding the status of
Lincoln Pawn, who conduct business in the City of Little Canada. I have found that
Lincoln Pawn is in good standing with our Office. GIU has described their working
relationship with Lincoln Pawn as excellent.
We would like to see Lincoln Pawn participate in the Automated Pawn System
(APS). APS is an investigative and tracking database, which would allow us to
search pawned items against those reported stolen. APS is maintained by the
Minneapolis Police Department. Attached is a brief description of the program.
If you need any other assistance, please let me know.
Sincerely,
John Moore
Lieutenant
Patrol Division
Email:john.moore @co.ramsey.mn.us
651.490 -4536
ADULT DETENTION DIVISION (651) 266-9350 • CIVIL PROCE
Page 21
ON (651) 481 -1317 • WARRANTS (651) 266 -9320
