Not applicable. <br />a) Site Plan: Attached highlighted areas show proposed parking spots of <br />up to four rental cars, two cars will be parked out front during business <br />hours. <br />b) Not applicable. <br />2. Intended use is to operate a U -Save auto rental franchise that will <br />provide daily, weekly, weekend, and monthly rentals to the following <br />markets: <br />• Retail trade <br />• Insurance replacement <br />• Businesses <br />• Governments and municipalities <br />• Churches, Synagaugs, etc. <br />• Auto dealers <br />a) Traffic in the area will not increase significantly since about 75% of the <br />business will be business that is delivered to the customer. Expected <br />walk -in traffic will be between six and ten customers per day. The types <br />of vehicles available to rent include: cars, vans, sport utility vehicles <br />(SUVs), and pick -up trucks. <br />(1) The conditional Use Permit will promote public welfare by increasing <br />convenience of renting a car and by having vehicles available with hand <br />controls for disabled or handicapped drivers. <br />(2) Not applicable <br />Page 30 <br />
