There is no watermain or sanitary sewer along this section of <br />street. <br />VI. INFORMATIONAL MEETINGS <br />Informational meetings were held for each of the streets proposed for reconstruction in <br />2002. The public informational hearings for Eli Road, Desoto Street, Market Place Drive, <br />and Stark Street were held on December 10, 2001. The public informational hearings <br />for Sextant Avenue and Ryan Drive were held on December 11, 2001. The following is <br />a summary of some of the issues that were discussed and residents' comments were <br />received. Copies of the sign -in sheet and complete meeting notes are included in <br />Appendix A. <br />A. ELI ROAD /DESOTO STREET <br />B. SEXTANT AVENUE <br />C. STARK STREET <br />D.
