Hanson <br />www. ci.little- Canada. mn. us <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND <br />CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />MARKET PLACE DRIVE <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 2001-18 <br />WHEREAS, <br />Pursuant to resolution of the Council, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer <br />with reference to the improvement of Market Place Drive by concrete curb and gutter and <br />road reconstruction, and this report was received by the Council on December 19, 2001, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, <br />The report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, <br />cost - effective, and feasible. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the <br />report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of <br />the improvement of $ <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 16'I' day of <br />January, 2002 in the Council Chambers of the City Center at 6:00 p.m. and the City <br />Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br />required by law. <br />Adopted by the Council this 19th day of December, 2001. <br />Attes <br />Joel R.
