2ND ADDENDUM <br />AGREEMENT FOR BUILDING INSPECTION SERVICES <br />This 2 "d Addendum made and entered into this 19th day of December, 2001 by <br />and between the City of Little Canada, State of Minnesota (hereinafter referred to as <br />"City "), and Northland Inspections, Stephen J. Westerhaus, President (hereinafter <br />referred to as `Building Official ") and replaces sections of the "Agreement for Building <br />Inspection Services" as previously entered into by the "City" and "Building Official" <br />dated March 1, 2000. <br />II. SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES <br />The fees and charges set forth on Exhibit `B" replaces those agreed to in Exhibit <br />"B" of the "1s` Addendum to Agreement for Building Inspection Services" dated October <br />9, 2000, <br />III. COMPENSATION TO BUILDING OFFICIAL <br />Building Official shall be compensated for services based on the schedule as <br />indicated on Exhibit `B ", a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by <br />reference herein. Exhibit `B" shall be in effect from January I, 2002 through December <br />31, 2002 and may be amended by mutual consent of the parties to this Agreement after <br />that date. <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />Michael I.
