Hanson, City Administrator <br />DATE: October 19, 2001 <br />RE: Workshop to Discuss Venetian Option Agreement <br />We have a deadline of November 8th to decide if we will act on the purchase agreement <br />on the Venetian Inn. In making this decision, I would recommend we have a workshop <br />to review the financial feasibility study being prepared by Ehlers & Associates as well as <br />the preliminary market analysis I am recommending under a separate agenda item. It <br />would be my recommendation we hold this meeting approximately one week prior to the <br />deadline in order that we allow ourselves time to address any questions that may arise. <br />I would recommend we hold the meeting on Thursday, November 1`t, at a time of your <br />choosing (later in the week would allow more time for the market study to be completed). <br />Please bring your calendars to this meeting. <br />cc: Joe Vitale <br />Rusty Fifield, Ehlers & Associates <br />Page 31 <br />
