Hanson, City Administrator <br />DATE: October 10, 2001 <br />RE: Abatement of Nuisances <br />Notices of Violation and Abatement have been served on two property owners for code <br />violations (see attached). To date, there has been no response to these notices. <br />Therefore, I would like to request Council authorization to proceed with the abatement of <br />these nuisances as provided for in the City's Code (Section 601.080 attached). <br />PAGE 3 <br />
