The last letter was <br />returned undeliverable. Therefore, this notice is being sent to Kevin Grohs, the new owner ( ?) at <br />the above address and is being posted on the property. <br />The lawn at 2851 Vanderbie Rd is not being maintained in character with the neighboring <br />properties. The tall growth of weeds and grass is a violation of the Little Canada City code. If <br />the lawn is not cut and cleaned up by Monday, October 1, 2001, ten days from now, the city will <br />take steps to abate this nuisance. If the lawn is not mowed by that date, the City Council will be <br />asked to authorize the abatement at their next meeting.
