A 12 -acre property within a few hundred feet of a major freeway interchange, <br />and with full exposure to 1-694, may be best thought of as an opportunity for a major <br />office or office /warehouse development, including consideration as a corporate <br />headquarters campus. <br />Conclusion: <br />While the Church and their representatives would appear to make a wonderful addition <br />to any community, this site is not appropriate for that land use. Therefore, staff <br />recommends denial of the rezoning request.
