This space will be screened from view with <br />landscaping from Country Drive and would help create needed funds to support the proposed support <br />payment, as well as funds to accelerate the implementation of other site improvements <br />One final point that the City should be aware of regarding the purchase of this property. Our church is <br />currently in the midst of a capital stewardship campaign to raise additional funding for our new church <br />home. The timeline for this campaign necessitates that a decision be made on this property as soon as <br />possible. We would appreciate anything the city could do to expedite their decision making process <br />regarding this matter. <br />In conclusion, Christ Community Church would welcome the opportunity to partner with the City of Little <br />Canada in making this Win -Win scenario a reality. We are more than happy to answer any questions <br />and would be willing to listen to any other ideas that would seem relevant.
