Hanson <br />I have reviewed the Little Canada Road Landscaping and Irrigation Project Pay Estimate No. 2 <br />for Minnesota Valley Landscaping, Inc. This pay estimate includes work on plantings and a <br />portion of the irrigation system. The City Engineer has inspected the work performed by <br />Minnesota Valley Landscaping, Inc. and finds it to be in compliance with the plans, <br />specifications, and contract documents. <br />The contractor has earned $67,116.00, if you subtract previous payments of $9,215.00 and <br />retainage of $3,355.80; the amount due the contractor is $54,545.20.
