Access in and out of the fenced -in area will be controlled. I have
a diagram of the parking -lot layout proposed for your review.
Joe Vitale has informed me that a portion of the Venetian's parking lot will be used for
parking. IIe has also arranged for off -site parking with the owners of the Market Place
Shopping Center and the medical clinic on Little Canada Road.
Arrangements will be made with the Ramsey County Reserves for security during the
festival.
The Italiana Festival will be conducting a raffle and have received approval from the
State Gambling Control Board to conduct an "Excluded Raffle ". Such a raffle does not
require City approval given that total prizes will not exceed $700.00. Italiana Festival
has provided me with a copy of their gambling license.
PAGE 5
