MINUTES <br />City Council <br />May 22, 1985 <br />Larry Lee <br />(Cont.) <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Nardini, Fahey, Blesener, Collova, Scalze. <br />Mayes CO). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book. No. 12, Page 240. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85 -5 -239 — APPROVING THE LARRY <br />LEE PLAT WITH AN AMENDMENT TO THE PLAT TO REFLECT <br />8.5 FEET OF ADDITIONAL RIGHT- OF-WAY ON THE WEST <br />SIDE OF CONDUIT FROM SOUTH OWASSO TO THE END OF <br />THE NEW PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL STREET AND ALSO WITH <br />THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE NEW STREET BE NAMED AND <br />THE NAME APPROVED 3Y THE FIRE DEPARTMENT AND WITH THE <br />REQUIREMENT OF A. BOND FROM MR. LEE. AT THE TIME THAT <br />HE PULLS BUILDING PERMITS FOR ANY ONE OF THE THREE <br />INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS PLANNED IN AN AMOUNT SPECIFIED <br />BY THE CITY ENGINEER TO PAY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF THE RESIDENTIAL STREET WITH- AN EXPIRATION DATE <br />NOT LATER THAN TWO YEARS AFTER ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING <br />PERMIT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr.. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Collova, Nardini, Scalze, Blesener. <br />Naves (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. L2, Page 241. <br />Mrs. Scalze reported chat the Park Commission is agreeable co the Larry <br />Lee park charge being divided by acreage and being paid for as Mr. Lee <br />takes out building permits for each of the buildings. Scalze also <br />reported. that an. appraisaL of the Lee property will have to be made <br />on the park charge will. be based« <br />Mrs.. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption :. <br />/RESOLUTION NO. 85 -5 -240 — ORDERING. AN APPRAISAL. <br />/ OF THE LARRY LEE INDUSTRIAL. PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH THE PARK LAND DEDICATION ORDINANCE AND DECLARING <br />THAT A PARK CHARGE. OF 5 %'OF THE APPRAISED VALUE. OF THE <br />PROPERTY WILL BE LEVIED AND FURTHER DECLARING THAT <br />THE RESIDENTIAL LOTS BE ASSESSED A $300 PARK CHARGE <br />TO BE COLLECTED AT THE TIME BUILDING PERMITS ARE <br />PULLED FOR THESE LOTS <br />Page 107 <br />
