the City, its agents and employees, from any claim, demand, suit, action or <br />other proceeding whatsoever by any person for any loss or damage to <br />property or any injury to or death of any person resulting from any actions <br />of the Developer, or his agents or contractors. <br />f. The Developer shall provide and maintain public liability <br />and property damage insurance covering personal injury, including death, <br />and claims for property damage which may arise. Limits for bodily injury <br />or death shall not be less than $500,000 for one person and $1,000,000 for <br />each occurrence. The City shall be named as an additional named insured on <br />said policy, and the Developer shall file a copy of the insurance coverage <br />with the City prior to the City issuing the permit to proceed with the <br />construction of the improvement. <br />19. Notices. Required notices to the Developer shall be in writing, <br />and shall be either hand delivered to the Developer, his employees or <br />agents, or mailed to the Developer by certified mail at the following <br />address: Richard T. Kimmes, 2429 Edgerton Street, Little Canada, Minnesota <br />55117. Notice to the City shall be in writing and shall be either hand <br />delivered to the City Administrator, or mailed to the City by certified <br />mail or registered mail in care of the City Administrator at the following <br />address: City of Little Canada, 515 Little Canada Road East, Little <br />Canada, Minnesota 55117, Attention: Joel R.
