Memorandum
To: Joel Hanson, City of Little Canada
CC:
From: Dennis J Unger
Date: 9/5/01
Re: St. John's Parking Lot
Joel -
Enclosed please fmd the original Quit Claim Deed from St. Johns to the City for the property shown
on the enclosed map. This property is both abstract and torrens and an Affidavit of Purchaser of
Registered Land (enclosed) will have to be completed for recording. You will note that this parcel
does not include the land labeled "A" on the enclosed map, but rather the land to the north of parcel
"A ". Parcel A which is the majority of the parking lot parcel is already in the City's name.
Because this property is part abstract and part torrens, I had to employ a legal description which
would be accepted for recording in the torrens office. This legal does not read the same as the legal
used by the Auditor's office. This is probably why the old deed was never successfully recorded.
Please add the appropriate language do the deed which authorizes the conveyance.
I have also enclosed a closing statement for your review. Please call if you have any questions.
(These documents have been reviewed and approved by Pat Sweeney).
Thanks,
Dennis
be-\
vas Sp ,t1'
isI2 IS recd -J-pc( c rtd 9 Ives 'f1
)oar G .e.c:t
Page 57
f1 G—s
