RESOLUTIONS <br />City Council <br />Feb. 27, 1985 <br />Larry Lee <br />Proposal <br />(Cont.) <br />Mr. Lee asked the Council Feelings on the outlot at the end of the <br />residential street. Mr. Blesencr suggested that the outlot be <br />divided among Lots 13, 14 and 15. Mr. Blesener also suggested that <br />Mr. Lee meet with Mr. Fasciana to work out the issue of access to <br />the Fasciana property. <br />Mr. Lee asked if the City wanted the access to the Zoch property. <br />The Council stated that it did. <br />Mrs. Scalze reported that the Park Commission is recommending a <br />cash park charge for this development. Scalze commented that the <br />charge is based on 5% of market value of the land. The residential <br />park charge is at 10% but she was not opposed to the residential <br />park charge being collected at the time building permits were taken <br />out. <br />Mr. Fahey stated that the Park Commission could work out these details. <br />Mr. Lachenmeyer suggested chat plantings on the burin be large enough <br />to provide for screening and suggested that evergreens be used as <br />well. Mr. Fahey commented that Mr. Lee will have to submit a satisfactory <br />landscaping plan. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoot'_on: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 35 -2 -39 - APPROVING THE CONCEPT <br />OF THE LARRY LIE PROPOSAL SUBJECT TO FINAL <br />APPROVAL 3Y THE COUNCIL <br />CLERK'S EXHIBIT NO. 85-3 - <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Nr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Nardini, Fahey, 3iesener, Collova, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution 3ook No. 12, Page 36. <br />Mrs. Scalze reported that the City does have about $1.9 million in <br />industrial revenue bonds available in 1985. Mrs. Nardini reported <br />that she heard that the State is studying the possibility of freeing <br />uo the revenue bond money that was not used in 1984. Mr. Lee reoorted <br />that he is working on this and also requested that the >1.9 million <br />the City has available in 1935 be reserved for his development. <br />Recess At 9:14 P.M.
