Hanson <br />Email: cityhall @ci.little- canada.mn.us <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Fahey & Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Greg Schroeder, Public Works Director <br />DATE: July 11, 2001 <br />RE: Pay Request No. 3 <br />County Road 13 & Dianna Lane Lift Stations <br />I have reviewed the County Road B and Dianna Lane Lift Station modifications Pay Estimate <br />No. 3 for Great Western Corporation. This pay estimate is for the removal of the old stations and <br />installation of the new package units. The City Engineer has inspected the work performed by <br />Great Western Corporation and finds it to be in compliance with the plans, specifications, and <br />contract documents. The installation of both of these lift stations has been substantially <br />completed with only minor punch list items remaining.
