Could you answer the following questions for me? > 1. Do you have developments with private roads? NEARLY ALL OF THE ROADS IS SUCH DEVELOPMENTS ARE DEDICATED AS PUBLIC AT THE TIME OF PLATTING. > 2. Have you been asked to take over on -going maintenance of these roads? COLD SPRING HAS NOT BEEN ASKED TO TAKE OVER THE MAINTENANCE OF THESE ROADS. > 2a. If so, what was the outcome of the request? COLD SPRING ALMOST CERTAINLY WOULD NOT ACCEPT THE MAINTENANCE FOR SUCH ROADS UNLESS THERE WAS A SPECIFIC BENEFIT TO THE CITY, SUCH AS THE NEED TO ACQUIRE AN EASEMENT. > 3. Do you continue to allow private roads for townhome developments? WE HAVEN'T HAD MUCH INTEREST IN DEVELOPING ROADS AS PRIVATE, BUT WE WOULD GLADLY ALLOW FOR ROADS TO REMAIN PRIVATE IF THERE WERE AT LEAST SOME PUBLIC RIGHTS FOR UTILITIES. > 3a. Why or why not?
